The start
Well today is the start of my new blog, and i guess raya will be here soon. So today will be the starting point of my life. I've been exercising for a while now but never had a goal to meet.
I've been overweight for a while, and come to think of it, most of my life i guess. So today, i've decided to put to record my schedule of my daily exercise and see if i can still maintain the same regime by end of next year. And also to update of my thoughts, feeling and
As of today my statistic is as follows:
- Waist - 34.5
- Chest - 36
- Thigh - 37.5
- Wrist - 7
- Forearm - 11
- Neck - 16
- Weight - 75kg
- Bodyfat - 16.8%

Well here is a picture of my small bicep/tricep (notice how tiny my muscle's are :( sigh )

Here is a picture of my overbloated stomach... well it's only fat,majority of mammals have them.
And damn it, another 2 hrs before i can go jogging...
Hoping today, whilst i jog i can find any lenglui to heal my heart..sigh..
Anyway, back to work...
