Whey Whey

Well my last supply of whey has finish, so had to buy one.. didn't have time to order on line, so i purchase from the nearest GNC livewell store.. which near queensbay..

For those who don't know what whey is all about, it's a concentrated protein in a bottle..



A very large bottle, when i first bought it.. i thought.. whoa sooo big.. i wonder it takes me 1 year to finish it.... Nope...

On average it takes me 2 months to finish one bottle... but now it might be less as i have increased my dosage..



Usually, i take 1 bottle of milk with every mix.. which is two scoop...



After putting it in the bottle.. i usually shake it.. then ta-da.. one instant protein shake...
